Wheelchair Ramp Size and Specifications
The wheelchair ramp measures 35.8 inches in length and 35.8 inches in width. It is designed to overcome rises or steps ranging from 3.6 inches to 9 inches in total. The best recommended usage height is 6 inches. This ramp is ideal for vehicles with a width less than 33 inches.
Lightweight & Sturdy Design
Made from high-strength aluminum, our threshold ramp is lightweight yet incredibly durable. It can hold up to 600 pounds and is suitable for manual wheelchairs, trolleys, rollators, and two-wheeled vehicles. While it is highly resistant to corrosion and rust, it is not recommended for motorcycles. The ramp's aluminum alloy construction ensures high hardness, toughness, and resilience, providing you with a safe and convenient experience.
Additional Security Features
Our ramp is designed with reinforced handrails for added support and confidence. The handrails are positioned 2.6 inches high, providing side protection to secure wheels within the ramp’s width. For additional stability, the ramp comes with pins that can be used to secure it to the ground through pre-drilled holes in the extension plate. The traction surface, created through the extrusion process, enhances friction and traction in all weather conditions, reducing the risk of falls.
Easy to Set Up & Move
Designed as a one-piece unit, the ramp is straightforward to install. Only two handrails need to be tightened with screws. It is easy to move and relocate to meet your changing mobility needs. You can use it for temporary or semi-permanent access, making it highly versatile and convenient.
Versatile Use and Warranty
This ramp ensures easy access for manual wheelchairs, trolleys, rollators, and two-wheeled vehicles over stairs, steps, curbs, handicaps, and doorways. Please note that it is not suitable for motorcycles. We offer a one-year warranty for any problems, excluding artificial damage.
